Know-how Transfer
For PowerWind, service partnership also means providing you with the knowledge required for the optimal service of your PowerWind products. In this respect we don't think much at all of reserve. Ultimately it is about maintaining the value of your wind turbine.
In addition to the extensive passing on of information, an important component of our know-how transfer concept is also individual training. All services are performed by our professional internal team or by experienced, local PowerWind cooperation partners.
Passing on of information
The experts of our Remote Service Centre in the Hamburg main office are responsible for the prompt passing on of all important information to the service organisations and to you. They also coordinate the individual service activities and are the contact persons for your questions.
Individual training
If you deploy your own service staff or commission external service providers of your choice, you can profit from our individual training programme. This includes units at the training centre in Bremerhaven and "Training on the Job" at installed wind turbines, whereby all areas are coordinated exactly to the desired content focus and the existing customer knowledge with respect to experiences providing services. Upon successful completion, the participants are authorised as PowerWind service partners.
