With four service categories and many modules per category, so that you can maximise your benefits according to your own wishes. Our Remote Service Centre at the head office is responsible for the best possible coordination of the individual service categories.
Module 1: optimised data flow management
The use of state-of-the-art transmission and analysis technologies ensures an efficient information flow between the wind turbine, the Remote Service Centre, on-site service technicians, suppliers and you as owner. my WindFarm developed by PowerWind is at your disposal as a remote monitoring system.
Module 2: optimised maintenance process management
All maintenance processes at PowerWind are optimised in terms of chronology and content on the basis of analysed performance data and combined in an optimal fashion. The continuous improvement of the systems is achieved by way of coordinated modernisation activities on the basis of technological progress.
Module 3: optimised replacement part and component logistics
Rapid replacement part availability and logistics is ensured for all important modules during the entire service life of the PowerWind system by way of the most modern evaluations and performance data analyses. Targeted maintenance measures extend the service life of core components.
Module 4: optimised know-how and personnel management
Regional service points and an individualised training programme for service cooperation partners ensures that excellently trained service technicians are quickly available for each wind turbine when needed. We are happy to pass our service know-how on to you and to authorised service providers.
